The 83rd Academy Award ceremony was held at the Kodak Theatre on Feb. 27th, 2011, and The King’s Speech was crowned grand winner on this particular occasion. Colin Firth and Natalie Portman were crowned Best Actor and Best Actress in a Leading Role for their excellent performances in The King's Speech and Black Swan respectively.
